The staff were incredibly accommodating, allowing us an early check-in, which was a wonderful surprise after our long journey.
The room faced the main street, making it quite noisy especially with the bus stop right outside, which impacted our sleep despite the provided earplugs.

The mini brewery offers a delightful variety of ales.
I had a tough time navigating to the hotel as Google Maps led me to a narrow lane filled with private parking spaces. It was quite stressful arriving and not finding a proper spot, and finding suitable parking was a real challenge. I experienced a consistent buzzing noise at night which made it difficult to get a good night's sleep, leading to a headache in the morning.

Family friendly vibe
Really enjoyed the friendly staff, they even checked us in early when we arrived! the breakfast idea of having it in the room is brilliant, nice and easy without the rush.
It wasn’t exactly cheap, but for the experience, I’d say it’s acceptable.

A quick and honest take
A hidden gem! The barman, Alex, was friendly and incredibly helpful. The mini brewery offers a delightful variety of ales. Our stay was perfectly timed for a nearby graduation, with public transport easily accessible right outside. The bonus? Delicious fish and chips across the street. Highly recommend!

Had a pleasant stay with a clean, cozy room featuring great toiletries and a relaxing breakfast in a bag, which included cereal and flapjack. The staff went above and beyond, making it feel welcoming with delicious food at the restaurant. Great location for exploring Penryn and Falmouth.
Only wish there was a fan for the room due to humidity.

I had such a nice stay with a cozy room that was well-renovated and a relaxing informal breakfast with French press coffee. The sun terrace was a great spot to unwind, and I enjoyed the chill vibes in the lounge area too. The only small hiccup was the Wi-Fi being a bit slow at times, but it didn’t take away from my experience. 😊
